2. Services Offered:

This Site provides a platform for Freelancers to offer their services and for Clients to find and hire Freelancers for various projects. The Site acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the direct interaction between Freelancers and Clients.

3. User Accounts:

Registration: Users must register an account to access certain features of the Site. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under their account.
Account Termination: The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

4. Freelancer Responsibilities:

Service Delivery: Freelancers are responsible for delivering services as described in their proposals and agreements with Clients.
Quality of Work: Freelancers must provide high-quality work and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Communication: Freelancers must maintain professional and timely communication with Clients.
Payment: Freelancers are responsible for accurately listing their rates and managing their payment processing through the Site’s provided systems.
Intellectual Property: Freelancers retain ownership of their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate contract with the Client.
Taxes: Freelancers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to their earnings.

5. Client Responsibilities:

Project Description: Clients must provide clear and detailed project descriptions.
Payment: Clients are responsible for paying Freelancers according to the agreed-upon terms and within the timeframe defined by the site or the agreement.
Communication: Clients must maintain professional and timely communication with Freelancers.
Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to Freelancers.
Project Materials: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary project materials and information to Freelancers.

6. Payment and Fees:

Payment Processing: All payments must be processed through the Site’s designated payment system.
Site Fees: The Site may charge fees for its services, which will be clearly communicated to Users.
Dispute Resolution: The Site may provide a dispute resolution process for payment-related issues, but it is not obligated to resolve all disputes.
Refunds: Refund policies are subject to the Site’s guidelines and the agreement between the Freelancer and Client.

7. Intellectual Property:

Site Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Site or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content: Users grant the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their content for the purpose of providing the services offered on the Site.
Freelancer Work: Ownership of intellectual property created by Freelancers is determined by the specific agreement between the Freelancer and Client.

8. Prohibited Activities:

Users must not:

Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Post or transmit any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
Circumvent the Site’s payment system or attempt to conduct transactions outside of the platform.
Solicit or recruit Freelancers or Clients for off-platform activities.
Impersonate another user or entity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. The Site does not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Site is not responsible for the quality or suitability of Freelancer services.

10. Limitation of Liability:

The Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or the services provided.

11. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Site harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Site or their violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms:

The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through Mediation or Jurisdiction.
